Welcome to MovieNight. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About MovieNight

MovieNight ("we," "us," or "our") operates a rewards-based streaming platform that allows users to earn points by shopping with partner brands and redeeming those points to watch movies and TV shows. Our services are available at movienight.com and through our mobile applications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MovieNight. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@movienight.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not create more than one account per person, transfer your account to another person, or use another person's account without their permission.

4. Points and Wallet

MovieNight points are a virtual currency with no monetary value. Points can be earned by participating in partner promotions, redeeming promotional codes, or purchasing point packages through our website. Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire if your account is inactive for 24 consecutive months.

We reserve the right to adjust point balances in cases of fraud, error, or violation of these terms. Point packages purchased through movienight.com are subject to our refund policy; all sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

5. Content and Streaming

Content available on MovieNight is licensed for personal, non-commercial, private viewing only. You may not download, record, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display any content. Content availability may change at any time based on licensing agreements.

Unlocked content ("rentals") grants you access to view specific content for a limited period as specified at the time of unlock. Rentals do not constitute ownership of any content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the service
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users or MovieNight staff
  • Attempt to fraudulently earn, transfer, or exploit points
  • Circumvent any technical measures used to protect content

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, any unused points will be forfeited. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MovieNight's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
